This privacy policy covers the treatment of all digital information The Collaborative for Children & Families (CCF) collects when you interact with our website.

This policy details the treatment of all such information. We know privacy is a very important issue to our visitors.

Like most websites, The Collaborative for Children & Families receives and records information from your web session to inform our analytics. Aside from this data, the only information CCF collects about you is data you knowingly provide on our online forms. CCF remains the sole owner of any information collected on this website. CCF collects two types of information, personal data submitted by users to CCF and metadata from the website.

Metadata

We do not share this information with third parties, except in purely aggregate measurements and metrics.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI)
The CCF does collect PHI information via our Referral forms. This type of information is not covered by this privacy policy, as it does not pass through the CCF website.

Before utilizing or sharing any PHI submitted to the CCF via non-website channels, the CCF will obtain written authorization.

You reserve the right to revoke this authorization at any time, except to the extent that the CCF already relies upon it for internal reporting use.
