SUMMARY:CCF GSI User Training - June 2017
DESCRIPTION:This training is mandatory for all Care Managers and Care Manager Supervisors that will provide Care Management for the CCF Health Home. The GSI Health team will train all Care Managers and their Supervisors in this 3 hour in-person training.\n\nDuring this training users will learn all of the care coordination functionalities within the GSIHealthCoordinator system and will complete a workflow assessment at the end of the class to gauge their level of understanding and retention of the information.
