The CCF is seeking a dedicated Compliance and Billing Specialist. Working under the direction of the Chief Operating and Compliance Officer, the Compliance and Billing Specialist is responsible for proper administration and data management of the requirements of government contracts and restricted grants including proper billing, collecting, monitoring, and reporting. Working with our external medical billing and accounting/CFO vendors, the Compliance and Billing Specialist is the primary liaison between CCF and funding source for billing/collection related matters, as well as coordinating and complying with any external audits.Details
Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Referral & Enrollment Specialist will perform all the referral-related administrative functions for The Collaborative for Children & Families Health Home (CCF). The Referral & Enrollment Specialist will analyze and monitor efficiency of the daily processes developed by CCF and assist with developing any necessary improvements. Coordinates ongoing technical assistance and education to the Care Management Agencies. Works in connection with the Compliance and Billing Specialist to resolve any errors identified that effect billing.Details
Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Communications Coordinator will perform all the communications and administrative training-related functions for The Collaborative for Children & Families Health Home (CCF). The Communications Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate tasks as needed by CCF, provide administrative support, and assist with developing any necessary workflow improvements.
