CCF was appointed as the downstate Lead participant with the CANS-NY Technical Assistance Institute Learning Collaborative in 2017. CANS NY trainers/coaches provided monthly training to support the reliable use of the CANS NY. CCF provided technical assistance and coaching to all Care Managers and Supervisors in the downstate region. Today, CCF continues to offer technical assistance and training to over 10,000 individuals annually.
CCF has trained over 21,000 employees since going live with the Relias LMS! In 2023, CCF offered 36 trainings to our network and trained over 9,500 care managers!
CCF went live with the Relias Learning Management System (LMS) in June 2021. Relias offers over 1,000 training to all users through multiple targeted curriculum including Mental and Behavioral Health, Community Health, and strength based approaches to providing service delivery. CCF’s targeted curriculum focuses on supporting Care Managers in understanding the tools necessary to provide quality care to members and their families. An outline of Training CCF offers is below.
